Missing Items & Damage Claims
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or exchange for damages or missing items, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video starting before the package is opened. Without this video, claims cannot be entertained.
Shipping Charges & Process
- Returns (Personal Preference): Both-way shipping charges (Forward + Reverse Pickup) will be deducted from your final refund.
- Exchanges (Choice of Style/Color): Both-way shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- Damaged/Wrong Items: Salesbrate will cover all shipping costs and provide a Free Replacement.
- Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode, please self-ship the parcel to our address below.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Return Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 24 hours after the item passes warehouse inspection.
