Eligibility Windows

• Returns (Refund): Request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
• Exchanges: Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Eligible Products

The following customized items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Products with custom stone work or tassel work.
• Stitched, tailored, or custom-dyed products.

Missing Items & Damage Claims

Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a refund or exchange for damages or missing items, you must provide a clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video starting before the package is opened. Without this video, claims cannot be entertained.

Shipping Charges & Process

• Returns (Personal Preference): Both-way shipping charges (Forward + Reverse Pickup) will be deducted from your final refund.
• Exchanges (Choice of Style/Color): Both-way shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
• Damaged/Wrong Items: Salesbrate will cover all shipping costs and provide a Free Replacement.
• Self-Shipping: If reverse pickup is unavailable for your pincode, please self-ship the parcel to our address below.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Return Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 24 hours after the item passes warehouse inspection.
• Order Cancellations: Permitted only within 12 hours of placing the order.Cash Refund: A 5% payment gateway charge will be deducted.Store Credit: Opt for a 100% full refund as Store Credit with lifetime validity.
